Your Responsibilities
- With your strong communication skills, you’ll provide exceptional support to our hosts as a true host yourself.
- You’ll also introduce them to our world of Channel Management, sharing your knowledge warmly and effectively.
- Additionally, you’ll act as a translator of our technical infrastructure, presenting it to our hosts in a clear and accessible way.
- Your professional experience will help us grow as well; your feedback will drive further technical development.
Your Skills
- You are comfortable engaging with IT-related topics.
- You can communicate fluently in both German and English.
- You have prior experience with standard property management and booking systems in the hospitality industry.
