Are you planning to adjust your prices next year? Using the year-dependent price maintenance function, you can easily retain your existing rate and price structure and adjust the prices and/or price inheritance for the new calendar year.

Your employees can do a lots, but are not allowed to do all?
You can create a separate profile for each employee and grant individual rights and even withdraw complete access.
From accommodation management to authorizations to use additional tools, the maintenance rights of each employee can be defined.
Important for users of our multi-property edition: it is possible to assign individual accommodations to the responsible directors or revenue employees, allowing you to determine which employee is authorized to maintain which accommodation.

Your revenue team always has the same rights?
Great, because group rights can be defined in the new group management system programmed for you. The individual employees are assigned to the various departments, such as revenue or reception, in a structured manner and at the same time receive full access or have it withdrawn.

Once created, the rates and arrangements can be assigned to the individual room categories. When a new room category is created, the standard rate is already stored automatically.

With high demand, do you still need to use all portals?
Innovative functions not only make maintenance easier, but also save costs. Restrict the portal with the most bookings for visibility on the World Wide Web and operate the BookingEngine alone with full availability in order to save commission costs. This is what the ChannelSplit in Viato SuitePro offers - the control of your availabilities in the portals.

Has the RateSplit been revised and is it automatically adopted for the following year?
Absolutely, yes. By default, your defined rules under Standard (Auto) are adopted for the coming activated years. Other rules, such as the peak season in which the Hot Deal rate is closed for two or more contingents, can be maintained individually according to the season. It is up to you to decide when you want to offer the Hot Deal.

Do you already have your own website or would you like a simple way to edit your hotel's own website that you can edit yourself? Our Viato WebStarter is available a Viato product of the latest generation.
The integrated WebStarter can be set up with just a few clicks and the online booking engine created for direct distribution. The selection of the template, the corporate colors, the fonts, an individual introductory text and the configuration can be easily published.
The rooms and arrangements with daily updated prices and images are automatically imported from the Viato Suite into the website and can be booked directly online via the BookingEngine.
TaskManager -

The task manager, which enables the automation of processes in the future, assists you in creating a rule. Tasks can be set on a daily basis for the respective category and selectively.
