As a Sales Manager (m/f/d),you will play a key role at Viato. You´ll be the first point of contact for potential new customers, guiding them through the decision-making process and presenting our solutions – from initial contact to closing the deal. You´ll work closely with our marketing team and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our sales processes.
Your tasks:
Acquire and manage high-quality leads and independently take on client appointments on site
- Conduct online demos and provide tailored advice to hospitality businesses regarding our products and services
- Develop targeted proposals and independently negotiate contracts through to completion
- Represent Viato at trade fairs, industry events, and relevant conferences – building new connections and strengthening existing relationships
- Work closely with our marketing, product management, and support teams
- Share your own ideas to help drive and improve our sales strategy
Your profile:
- Experience in sales, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a confident presence
- A keen sense of customer needs and the ability to clearly communicate complex solutions
- Excellent command of German (spoken and written); good English skills are a plus
- Ideally, an affinity for the hospitality industry or digital tools
