As a Junior Account Manager (m/f/d),you will play a key role at Viato. You will be the first point of contact for our existing customers, providing them with personal and solution-oriented support. You will assist them in using our digital solutions and explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way. Your feedback will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.

Your tasks:

• With your strong communication skills, you support our hosts as a host yourself – providing outstanding customer support
• In addition, you will introduce our customers to the world of channel management and gladly share your knowledge with them
• In addition, you will act as a translator for our technical infrastructure and communicate complex content in an understandable way
• Your professional experience is also a great asset to us: your feedback gives new momentum to our technical development

Your profile:

• You’re not afraid to get in touch with IT-related topics
• Excellent command of German (spoken and written),advanced English skills
• You have completed training in the hotel industry or similar
• You already have professional experience with common hotel software systems (property management) and online booking portals (e-g. Booking, Airbnb, etc.) in the hospitality industry
